Hidromod works around water: In a time of increasing pressure on inland and marine water resources, continuous acquisition of knowledge of these systems’ dynamics is fundamental. We aim to take this knowledge to clients, whether they are focused on energy, aquaculture, agriculture or coastal engineering.

Our IT team is focused on making complex knowledge available to clients. AquaSafe, our main software used for this purpose is used commercially since 2008. The current version is developed with a microservices architecture with multiple technologies (Kubernetes, .Net core, python, etc.). The main front-end is built with Angular using libraries such as D3.js, Leaftlet, Prime Ng, and Highcharts. We are a very dynamic team that needs to quickly adapt its work to the constant change in IT.
As a front-end developer, we expect you to be UX minded and shorten the gap between design and software development.
Our inland water team is focused on making complex knowledge available to clients using: deterministic numerical models like SWAT, Mohid-Land, Modsim, and also stochastic machine learning approaches and data mining. Satellite data is the main input we are using both for numerical models and stochastic algorithms.
We expect someon who can take up the task of applying numerical models and/or stochastic algorithms, for projects in different parts of the world. It is a plus if you can contribute also for the coding of models and algorithms.
