Eduardo has an Environmental Engineer degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, with an Exchange period at the University of Adelaide, and holds a MSc in Water and Coastal Management from the universities of Bologna, Cadiz and Algarve consortium. Also has post-graduate studies in Physical Oceanography at The University of Sao Paulo. Eduardo have done research and engineering internships at the mentioned universities, but also at institutions such as LNEC and IH Cantabria, working mostly with numerical modelling of coastal processes, oceanographic data assimilation and risk management.
